I have always had super long thick thick hair. I had my last two babies just 13 months apart , my hair was falling out soooo bad with my older one then after my youngest it has gotten so worse. I used to have to wear two hair ties bc it was so thick now I have to twist a small one like four times. My hair is soooo thin and broken and I have baby hairs everywhere! I have tried so many things ! I need help mamas!
Massage your scalp the night before you wash with a jojoba and castor oil combo. Castor oil is great for lashes and brows too.
My oncologist recommended head and shoulders to help with my hair loss. I also had extremely thick long hair. I haven’t bought it yet though, just what they recommended when I spoke to them last appointment.
Ive had the same problem. I have been taking iron and vitamin d everyday and upped my protein intake along with a rosemary shampoo and conditioner.and it has helped me tremendously.
I’ve been told that while pregnant we don’t shed hair, so after pregnancy we shed the clumps of hair that we would’ve during those 9months. Maybe the hair loss is temporary.
Have your hormones checked! My dermatologist put me on a Rx called dutasteride. I’ve been on it for almost a year & can definitely see a difference. Within the 1st month I could see new growth.
Check your iron levels !!!
I concur with biotin & maybe vitamin K. Garlic & acidophilus pills for overall health. Multivitamin or pregnancy vitamins if you’re breastfeeding. Keratin treatments for the hair you have left.
Reduce stress as much as possible, get head massages or DIY, eat well. Gelatin & bone broths will strengthen hair & nails. Maybe organic meats only so you’re not getting added hormones and antibiotics.
I’d say weight bearing exercises but with two little ones you’re probably picking up and putting down your little weights all the time. Maybe some aerobic exercise to keep your blood flowing and t’ai chi, yoga or meditation for general health and de-stressing. Call on friends and family to spell you so you can get enough sleep.
Rosemary is supposed to help with thinning hair. Put a sprig or two in your shampoo.

Ask your Dr this may have a medical cause.
Extra strength vitamin e and biotin everyday
Loosing your hair after having a baby is normal. I would talk to your doctor to make sure nothing else major is going on.
Could Def be a vitamin deficiency of some kind from the kiddos. I’d Def get blood work done to find out. Meanwhile my mom uses a rosemary shampoo from meijer that has really helped
