It doesn’t matter about the past what matters is now and if he’s unwilling to let go and stop this relationship with other women no matter the context is completely inappropriate especially if you have cut all ties and I don’t consider you cheating on each other if you both were split up and both moving on at that point

So you are saying that the woman he had a fling with he is still seeing her after all these years …so it sounds like he has a mistress someone he ses time to time but loves you enough to stay with you …your choice is to accept this and do what you want in your marriage and find your own side piece or you can leave and end it since he is still communhcating with her…welk just put a tracker under the passenger seat of his vehicle and it will show where he goes the address and how long he has been there…if you know that ladies address then you will know for sure he is cheating…then you can decide to do what you choose to do
