Do a simplified anatomy sex talk. All through it try to explain romantic love for adults. Tell them they must knock on the door and it will be locked until they learn to do so.
Just lock your door when you need private time . They will need to learn when they can walk in or not .

You need to be 100% honest, clear, and factual about what they saw and how them doing it is wrong. You cannot glaze over facts, you cannot try to phrase it “kid friendly” ways. Because ir can leave them confused. You are struggling to explain it to them because you were uncomfortable, take them to a sexual education expert such as a planned parenthood employee. They will gladly explain it to your children so you don’t have to.
