My son is 2 and half an not got all teeth yet, dont worry they will come
Mine didn’t have a tooth either! Soon after a year she started popping teeth left and right! I was breastfeeding so I dumbed it down to I’m a lucky mom 
she’s 2 now and still doesn’t have all of her teeth yet (waiting on some molars to pop through) some kids just get teeth later is what my pediatrician said 
My first baby didn’t get a tooth until almost 14 months, but my second baby is currently 9 months and has one that popped and the other one is right there! They’ll come soon!! All kiddos are different
