Ask her what she DOES like and find the commonality. Maybe she’d like smooth or soft foods like cream soup, brie cheese, silken tofu, yogurt, refried beans, mashed potatoes, sliced mango and nectarines, fruit smoothies, and well-cooked soft vegetables.

Does she hate bumpy foods? Chewy foods? Crunchy foods? Does she take teen multivitamins? Will she drink Ensure or other meal replacement drinks?

Ask her pediatrician if there’s a way to counteract some of this so she can enjoy meals out with others. And who knows, it may or may not be something she outgrows. I’ve heard our tastes change every 7 years. I used to hate mushrooms, pickles and strong cheese and now I love them.

She’s 13 ask her what kind of foods she really likes. Find some new recipes with her she’d be willing to try.

What everyone else has already said. Talk with her and see if their foods that she enjoys eating. Maybe the pediatrician can get you in with a nutritionist and from there you can make a plan on how to get her to eat a few more things. Your taste buds changed every seven years or so I’ve been told.

My teenage grand daughter is like that , but she has Aspergers syndrome
So she has issues with texture
Try letting you teenager choose what suits her
I would speak to a dietitian
They may have some idea’s as to how to help her
It’s a trial and error
Thing
I hope this helps

Don’t make her eat food she doesn’t like

I’m not sure where you are located but there are food therapist can help you, I’d definitely reach out to her doctor about it!

Let her eat things that she don’t have problems with.

Ask her… make those. Have her try things abs tell her to tell you. I don’t do textures either. If it feels weird to me I’ll spit it out or I’ll gag.
