My 3 month old is teething and drooling everywhere…the issue is, he is also getting it under his chin and it is becoming very sore…idk how to stop this or what I should do fo rhim…

wash and dry the area well and then put on some vaseline, it provides a barrier that stops the water from irritating the skin
Use an emollient like e45 a few times a day on the rash, we had the same problem when my daughter was 5 months old, make sure it’s clean and dry as well
