My 11 month old literally just started grinding her teeth!! How do I get her to stop doing that? I never knew a noise could really bug me out, until she did this!

Teeth grinding usually links to parasites!
I’m 57 and still grind my teeth!! I have chewed thru many mouth guards.
Give her crackers or other snacks that make a noise while eating. Bread sticks that are broken in half are great.
My daughter grinded her teeth forever dentist said many times it was normal and we never did anything
Redirect her every time she does it and she’ll eventually stop.
This is going to sound farfetched but she may need wormed. Kids that age put everything in their mouth and parasites can cause kids to grind their teeth. It’s just a medicine from the doctor. If she was older I’d say to make her garlic heavy meals but at that age I’m not sure how she’d handle it. It’s not a big deal. Most Americans have intestinal parasites and don’t realize it.
Both my kids did that also they stopped when they got older…
