The doctors thought my son had Tourette’s, but turned out he was allergic to acrylic that was in his clothes he was wearing.

It could also be small petit mal seizures.i would get him checked out asap.
Perhaps you could video your daughter doing it, and then take her to her doctor and show them the video.
My grandson did the same and was having seizures. I would get checked by a neurologist.
Dr. visit is needed.
