Ok mamas! I’m needing to know all the tips and tricks and do’s and don’ts on bringing breastmilk with you internationally? And pumping and just breastfeeding in general? Super nervous as I have never done this before so this will be all new to me and we will be flying Delta, if that makes a difference !?I’m so scared that this trip will make or break my breastfeeding journey that I’ve worked so hard on!!
