I am currently filing a lawsuit and was just wondering if anyone knows about this. I was injured at work a year ago, and I obtained my medical records from my second opinion doctor. In the medical records, there are several things that are incorrect, and there are a few things that contradict each other. How will this affect my case for an injury settlement?
