Needing advice on transforming a small bedroom

Does anyone in here have a small bedroom that they transformed? My husband and I have a smaller size bedroom. 2 out our 4 kids have to share a bedroom so we gave up the biggest room to them. It doesn’t really bother me because I only use our room for two things anyways. Recently though I’ve been feeling like we need to utilize the space we have better and organize better. Anyone have tips for that? We don’t have a frame on our bed, which we actually prefer. It took up too much space and we both prefer sleeping closer to the ground anyways. But I was thinking of atleast maybe a thin headboard. Anyways I’m terrible at coming up with ideas.

Shelves. Wall Shelves with plants, photos ect, photos on the wall, Shelves in the wardrobes for extra storage if needed. If you want the bed to look nice/nicer use a nice duvet cover, decrotavie pillows. Matching side tables and lamps

Have you thought of a Murphy bed that folds up? You could also have tables that fold down on the walls. Mirrors make a room look bigger. You could install more on closet doors. Transparent or mirrored furniture takes up less visual space.

You could paint something on the wall instead of a headboard, like a picket fence with flowers. Or fasten a headboard-shaped stuffed fabric to the wall for a soft place to sit up against/cushion your head.

You could also use scenic wallpaper to make it look like an ocean view or forest path or wildflower meadow extending beyond a wall, though you’d need to not put anything on or up against that wall to make it work.

Plant real or fake succulents or air plants in a grid, frame it, and hang it on the wall for greenery, or put hanging plants on high shelves or hang baskets of flowers/green plants from the ceiling edges if there’s enough light to sustain them. If not, use fake flowers/plants to bring the outdoors in or train a grow light on them.

Save wall space by using shades instead of drapes.

You can always block off floor to ceiling open shelving with a pretty curtain or mirrored sliding doors.

If you have storage space move out of season clothes there if it will make room for a little home office/hobby desk/ loveseat sofa bed/space for something else.
