Drink water constantly. Really helped me. Drinking beer is supposed to be good for benefitting breastfeeding. An aunt brought me a 6-pack of Guinness as a baby present! Relax. It’s all good whether you breast or bottle feed or both. Just enjoy your precious baby.

I’ve been told your body produces what your baby needs!
Drink lots of water!! Eat healthy!
Try pumping every 2/3 hours! Sometimes I power pump when I don’t get the amount I’d like to power pumping is 15/20 rest for 10 pump another 10 rest for 10 pump another 10 sometimes I can’t / don’t pump every 2/3 hrs or at all during the day & have to power pump at least once a night & my supply will be back to normal the next day I’ve got a wild child four year old & a one month old & this is the longest I’ve actually been able to Brest feed I dried up way to fast with my first!
There’s also in the baby section at Walmart unsure if they are dairy free I would assume but won’t hurt to double check I absolutely love the milk makers cookies? I may have the name wrong but there in a blue bag/ box can either get a single bag or a box with more bags of cookies in them! I haven’t tried the teas they have I’m not the biggest tea drinker but they have other supplements you can always try!! I’ve also read online you can get a prescription to help with supply from your dr but unsure what it is or about! I hope this helps! Much luck momma!

Water does not replace electrolytes, so Gatorade or body armor would be better. Your body can get dehydrated when breastfeeding or pumping. Food and hydration are essential to keeping a good milk supply. My daughter just had a baby a week ago and this is what she does and is pumping about 10-12 ounces every 2-3 hours

2oz is normal this early on. Your baby does not eat much right now. Keep hydrated and pump every 2-3 hours for a half hour.

Lots of skin to skin with your baby, this will help relax you and signal your body to produce more milk.
A bowl of steel cut oatmeal once or twice a day.
Stay well hydrated, it doesn’t have to be just water, drink fresh coconut milk/water, warm broth, electrolyte drinks…
Nurse or pump often; supply and demand.
Have a basket of healthy snacks nearby, breastfeeding hunger is a real thing!
There are vitamins, supplements and tea that will help as well, but consult your doctor on this one.
See a lactation specialist, they’re always helpful. :two_hearts:

If there’s no reason you’re only pumping you should be nursing her and don’t pump til you have a good supply. Also what you pump doesn’t have anything to do with what you’re producing. Nurse as often as possible, be skin to skin, stay hydrated, that’s the best way to ensure a good supply

I did lots of Gatorade and hold as you pump or touch her. Lots of skin to skin and pump religiously every 3/4 hours. Try to sleep as much as possible being tired and stressed drops the supply. I tried but my body couldn’t keep up. I read as long as the get at least 4 ounces a day they get all the benefits. Also freeze if you can it last longer that way.
