Needing some advice about my period

Hey everyone, I need some advice. I’m 32, and my period is late by a month. I’ve tested—I’m not pregnant. I’ve also seen doctors before, but they couldn’t find anything wrong. Does anyone know what I could take to help bring my period faster? Could this be an early sign of menopause? I’m a bit worried!

Mine are irregular heavy. Had coil try help all ever picked up was thick womb lining. I’m not menopausal as coil fell out and now I’ve 8wk old at 40. Think sometimes is no reason necessarily. My mum had hysterectomy in her 30s. I’m on list now. Maybe ask be referred gynae to see if anything found

Stress, weight lost or gain.

How’s your thyroid? That is what messed mine up severely

My periods have been insane since they started. I can have it for a day to a month at a time then go without it for a day to a few yrs. And I’ve been tested for everything they can think of and it’s become an oh well it just happens to some women. 32 and been this way since it started when I was 11 so who knows.

Have your cortisol levels checked

This can be anything from food/stress/sleep to a medical condition. But if this isn’t normal for you…talk to your doctor again

Not saying you are but that happened to me turns out I was pregnant it was just to early to tell

U can occasionally miss because stress or something besides possible pregnancy
