Needing some advice about these cups

I’m look for some advice! My almost 17 month old will only use Nuk learner cups with the soft spouts. She keeps chewing and breaking them. They’re 10$ a cup and I can’t afford to keep replacing them. She refuses anything with a hard spout. I have various styles (nuk, munchkin, 360, parents choice) and she won’t use any of them. How do I teach her to drink from these? Or do you guys know of something more durable? Thank you!!!

Just get the hard ones. If she’s thirsty enough she will drink it. Or use a cup with a straw.

She will is if she gets thrifty. You are the parent.

My kids loved those cups. U can buy replacement spouts at Walmart and on amazon. I bought probably 100s on those spouts between 3 kids using those cups for 3ish years each

Make em the only option. She’ll drink when she’s thirsty. Ur being manipulated by a toddler…just give her a cup

It’s hard but you have to just give her the hard top cup. She will use it eventually.

My daughter was the same way and did the same thing. She wasn’t happy about a different cup but she got over it. I switched her to the Munchkin “bite proof” soft spout cups, which are harder to bite and then after she bit through those I switched her to Nuk rim-like cups and the Munchkin 360.

I use the honey bear cups for my daughter, you can get them off Amazon. My daughter chews but they’re a bit more durable. You can get 3 cups for like 14$, it comes with 6 straws too

I don’t have an answer, but wanted to say that I was able to get replacement parts for just the silicone part off amazon when my boys were little. My youngest was the worst about chewing the spout up
