So baby having potential acid reflux. So doc said to start switching up diet to see what’s causing poor baby discomfort. So no more dairy as more than likely that’s the issue. I’m a cereal addict so this is going to be hard. Recommendations on non dairy substitutes that y’all like?

We do soy here Nuts don’t do good with us n it was an easy transition from soy formula to soy milk.

If still on infant formula then isomil is non milk. That’s what I used for my kid
