My partner and I have a son together. Even tho we’re still together we’ve decided he would just pay me child support rather then me asking him to help pay for stuff. Here recently we moved into a house together and everything is in my name so I have to have the money to pay bills. He was supposed to pay me child support on Friday and didn’t and when I asked him where it was he said he didn’t have it because he had to be off cause our son was sick. I took off a whole week and he only took off one day (my grandma was dying and I had to beg him to take our son to the doctor so I could be with her) now he thinks he shouldn’t have to pay me. Am I overreacting because he won’t pay me child support?
