Medication, therapy/counseling, Friends! Mom friends!u Adventures and having breaks from the kids make it a priority! Focus on getting thru the days and leave the mom guilt behind! Let your self cry or scream in the shower. I used to drive to the country and scream in an open field. Post partum group therapy can be helpful and reassuring!

Had it for the first 3 months with my twins. Just getting over it at 4 months. I’m lucky it hasnt lasted long and is going away on it’s own.

I did magic mushrooms and it mostly got my depression and anxiety under control. Still there- but much much more manageable and understood now.
