use the ball, get a yoga mat and learn some easy light yoga and stretches, you can still use hand weights but keep it under the recommended lb limit, I don’t recommend any sort of ankle weights I tried those with walking yrs ago and ended in the hospital because my water retention became awful in my feet and ankles, and a very relaxed and comfortable way for exercise is swimming.

Swimming is also safe. And definitely walking
