I have two daughters one is four and one is 2 months old. I was always told that you couldn’t become pregnant while breastfeeding or before your period returned. I am currently breastfeeding and never had a period after my csection in March. I’ve started feeling bad so took a test and it is positive. I’m going through all these emotions especially because I didn’t know it was even possible to end up pregnant without a period (Haven’t had one since June 2021). And I’m very concerned about the thought of having a third csection, which would end up being only 10 months after I delivered in March. Any advise would be appreciated.
