Pregnant with twins and having sharp pains

I’m 36 weeks pregnant with Twins and I’m having sharp pain I been having contractions off and on and just woke up to sharp pain. What should I do?

Hospital now and calling an ambulance may be a good idea as well

My doctor always says when in doubt get checked out they don’t care if you go 8 times a week

Go in and get checked out.
At this late stage it’s hard to tell if it’s Braxton hicks or labor.

Go to the hospital, twins normally come early
