Any mommas her have a Kia carnival? Pros? Cons? Looking at getting one next year since we are adding a 3rd baby to the family
I do not own one, but when I was van shopping a couple years ago, I really wanted one. First stop I made…it felt so cheap and it was so marked up. Ultimately went with a Honda odyssey and I love it! Wouldn’t change it!
My husband is a mechanic. His sound advice to anyone purchasing a new vehicle. Honda or Toyota. If you want reliable and to last.
They will smash like a tin can in an accident. I know someone who was rear ended in a Kia with their 3 young kids in the back seat. Their 6 month old baby ultimately died from injuries. I drove past the accident before I knew who it was, there was no back seat where a back seat was supposed to be. NEVER NEVER GET A KIA.
My husband is a mechanic, his words exactly “the kia carnival is a death trap and a hazard”. One of our customers has a 2022. Nothing but major issue after issue. Some wouldve been deadly had he not caught it. The issues included cracked subframe, airbag sensor constantly activating saying an accident has occured, several other sensors going inactive, one specifically while driving (crankshaft sensor) and the VVT solenoid not transmitting, which thru the timing off. This vehicle was well taken care of by owner, only had 18,000 miles. Dealership was a nightmare to hee regarding repairs.
I work in the car industry I wouldn’t own Kia anything or nissan
I wouldn’t buy anything made by that car co. Just my opinion.
