Question about mamas who had an episiotomy

For mommas who experienced a Mediolateral episiotomy cut while giving birth, and had another child after was that cut needed to be preformed again? Please share your stories.

First pregnancy No episiotomy, no reading just did the perinetal massage.

Second pregnancy they started to give me an episiotomy but the nurse reminded the Dr after her started the cut that it was against my birthing plan so he quit but because the cut was started I tore super bad

Third pregnancy no tearing, no episiotomy. Just perinetal massage

Fourth pregnancy, No tearing, No episiotomy, Just perinetal massage
