Question for moms of tall teens

Mom’s of tall teenagers or maybe if you are tall yourself. What brand of jeans are you buying. My almost 13 year old girl is a tall drink of water. She’s ~100lbs and about 5ft 4inches and growing. I can’t find jeans that will fit her length but also not fall off her waist. We are reliant on belts at this point but looking for something that fits her better.

I had this exact problem when I was a young teen!
I remember wearing lots of yoga pants!
I also altered alot of my jeans !
I was lucky my mom had a sewing machine!
It must be hard to find skinny jeans that even fit her!?
Altering the pants to fit seemed the only way when I was a teen!

Levi’s. You can buy according to waist size and length. American Eagle & Abercrombie as well. I was 5’9" by the time I was 13. 5’10 now. And those three brands are my favorite.

Levis or The Gap fit me and I’m that height. Just get the size 4 ones. Levis come up so small that even when I was Size 0 in some brands, I still needed a 6 in their jeans :joy:

So I’m 112 5’5". I get double 0. They have that size at target still. Not many stores sell for that size anymore even juniors at walmart start at 1.

Abercrombie and fitch has great jeans with different inseams. I am 5’4.5 and weigh 112. I like A&F jeans a lot.

American Eagle has a clearance outlet and the jeans are only $20 check it out

You may be better getting jeans by waist & length. My daughter is a 28 x 32. She has long legs but has a tiny waist

Old Navy has different style jeans for different body shapes and preferences. Example: high rise, mid rise, flare, super skinny, etc.
I’ve seen their sizes from 0 to 18.
Just make sure you check the style of each jean on it’s tag, as sometimes the jean was misplaced and in the wrong style rack/section. But they usually also have dressing rooms.
