I had a cerclage placed at 13 weeks with both my second daughter and son after a preterm birth with my first daughter. I delivered my second daughter and son, different pregnancies, each at 37w5d. Other than a low birth weight on my son, they are both happy and healthy.
I had a circlage with all 3 of my children due to past miscarriages. All 3 were on the small side but are very healthy and now 20, 18, and 16.

Sorry this isn’t my personal experience but after several miscarriages i had a co worker get one for both of her back to back pregnancies and it helped her carry them to term
