Questions about hair loss after having a baby

I had a baby 3 months ago and now my hair is falling out really badly! I have very fine hair as it is so this is really upsetting me. Could anyone recommend something to help, I’m on no medication so this isn’t a reason for it

MONAT. I sell it. I bought it after my baby and postpartum hair loss issues. Has worked wonders for me. You can sign up and sell it for bigger discounts or become a vio

Also just to be safe have your thyroid checked.

This is part of the wonderful becoming a mother. Use MONAT. I love the stuff.

Biotin vitamin and vitamin E worked wonders for mine after I had my daughter

You s hi ould have you thyroid checked but when you are pregnant you do not shed your hair so all that hair your body held onto during pregnancy all comes out after you have your baby

I took the vitamina zinc helps soooooo much and I still have most of my hair

Have your thyroid checked. Also Sugarbear hair gummies and MONAT shampoo.

My doctor told me to keep taking my parentals for postpartum hairloss, I didn’t loose too much and I think that’s why.

Start taking prenatal vitamins again and it will reduce

Congratulations on the Birth of Your Baby, I remember Hair loss too, If you can get back on yor Vitamins, I think it takes about a Year to recover back to Normal with all our hormones bouncing around.

My hair fell out for a year! I changed to this shampoo and it is so much better now

Normal. I had it, it’s a postpartum reaction. Not everyone gets it. It I lost so much hair :sob:

Meee too! I’m 2 weeks from being 4 months ppd and my hair is falling out like crazy!

keep taking your prenatals! my hair fell out bad too but prenatals helped with new growth

Hormones eat healthy, get your thyroid checked

Absolutely normal. It will grow back. Mine falls out about 5 months postpartum & grows back in over the next year or so

U can crush a few prenatal pills and add them to your shampoo!!!

Continue to take prenatal and have a lower carb intake and higher protien. Dark green veggies.

Biotin and collagen shakes also help. I have alopecia so these are what I do to help with hair loss

The vitamins plus biotin. It’s normal but upsetting to loose.

This happened to me! I also have thin hair :frowning:
I used hair, skin, nail gummies and prenatal vitamins. And I didn’t wash my hair very frequently or use tight pony tails or. I found once it started to grow in I had to watch for in growns and use a nice bristled brush to help exfoliate it

When I had my son almost 2 years ago now I shaved my hair off and my hair grew right back 🤷 im gonna do it again when I give birth to the baby im currently pregnant with

Have your dr check your thiroid

This is normal, all mine feel out after :disappointed_relieved: I had thick long hair. It’s because your hair doesn’t really come out during pregnancy so after it all comes out at once. On the bright side hair grows back

Get your iron checked.

My friend was the same

Make Jello out of extra cup of water to it and drink it your hair will start sprouting back and it will get thicker. my pediatrician recommended me doing that with my daughter because she didn’t have one hair on her head at 2 years old. It really worked. But I gave it to her everyday for months and it just came right in.

Mine did that with my second child. I took a bottle of hair vitamins and it grew back in no time.

I usually shed a lot, but like no hair came out while brushing or showering throughout most of my first pregnancy. And about 3-4 months postpartum, it started coming out in clumps big enough that I clogged the shower in a week and had to call a plumber. Luckily for me, I have an INSANE amount of hair, so it was if no consequence… well, besides paying for the plumber. lol
Anyway, sorry!

This happened to me too! Totally normal. You don’t shed much during your pregnancy. It will settle!

It’s normal my little girl just turned 9 months and it stopped maybe at 7 or 8 months. Just keep taking your prenatales

Its a great pleasure for me to write this testimony about how i got my Genital Herpes cured a month ago. i have been reading so many comments of some people who were cured from various diseases by Dr Azaka but i never believed them. I was hurt and depressed so I was too curious and wanted to try Dr Azaka herbal medicine, then i contacted him through his email, he assured me 100% that he will heal me, i pleaded with him to help me out. My experience with him was great, he healed me just as he promised. he sent me his medication which I took for a couple of days, and ask me to go for a medical check up after two weeks of usage. i agreed with him i took this medication and went for a check up, to my greatest surprise my result was negative, i am really happy that i am cured and healthy again. I have waited for 3weeks to be very sure i was completely healed before writing this testimony. I did another blood test one week ago and it was still Herpes negative. so i guess its time i recommend anyon,e going through the same way. reach him through his email address drazakaojezele@gmail com or WhatsApp +2349059389105

Totally normal to lose hair at the 3 month PP mark.

I have fine hair also and my didn’t start falling out until she was 4 months

This happened to me with my second daughter… Clumps fell out in the shower… I cried every time i was in the shower for months… It will grow back i promise… I had huge clumps missing and almost just shaved my head… It was horrible

I cut mine short so it didn’t look so drastic! My son is 11 month old now and my hair is normal, it passes

This is absolutely normal.

Did you take your prenatally vitamins ? you need them after delivery for several months to a year also
