It is NOT ok. After at least about age 3 children should not see parents naked.
I had a stepfather that used to walk around naked, doesn’t matter if we were same gender it’s nasty.
My son hasn’t seen me naked since he was 3 and I haven’t seen him naked either since he was old enough to learn how to bathe himself about age 5

Could u imagine if a kid actually told friends, fam etc that the first penis she ever saw was her dads? Or thats she waiting for her dad to get home so she could take a bath with him? This would be questioned or reported to CPS so quick!
We live in a society where pedophiles are widely exposed from teens to old males, most are males. Porn and media over sexualizing had ruined some people’s family morals. So no, grown men shouldn’t be walking around naked unless you are a nudist or bathing with children by themselves, out of respect. Too many males raping people and until we teach males to respect and understand consent, they can’t just go naked or do whatever whenever they want to females. That’s why many mothers like us already know this. To answer this question, I will supervise these baths, discuss with the dad privately, and tell him to please put his clothes on

Walking around naked around his daughter and taking a bath with his daughter is never okay at any age. There’s something else he’s doing if he’s walking around naked in front of his daughter and taking a bath with her. One day she’s going to tell some one at her school and they will end up calling dcf or CPS or what ever they are called where she’s from. He’s a grown ass man he should know better and she’s a little kid who thinks it’s okay to do and thinks it’s normal.
