My two year old has only had one wet diaper in 18 hours. She’s still drinking and acting normal I put a message in with the pediatrician but has this happened to anyone else? When should I be worried?

I would b calling hospital n get some advice definitely not normal n could b something serious like her kidneys
She probably has a UTI. That’s not normal. At least I don’t think it is.
Yes. It’s either dehydration or another issue. Keep an eye on her for fevers or complaining of pain around her kidneys. Either of those happen, take her to the ER. That’s not to scare you, it’s bc urination releases toxins. If she isn’t releasing them, they’d can build up and make her extremely sick.
Personally, if she didn’t pee for 18hrs, I’d be at urgent care or the ER.
She should be going 4-8x a day. Those numbers depend on various Dr’s advice. 4x if they’re sick or didn’t drink alot. 6 is abt avg. But 8 is normal too.

That’s sounds like the kidneys not working properly . I’d go to emerge and find out
