No judgement please! My son will be 7 in April. Should I be concerned he hasn’t lost any teeth yet?
Have you taken him to the dentist? Honestly by age 7 my daughter had lost a few. They may be impacted and should really get them looked at…
Absolutely not every child is different the longer they have baby teeth the better
I would probably still talk to the dentist, but it seems like it’s fine after doing a little bit of research
I was just in same boat, I was worried my son hadn’t lost any and then his big teeth started to grow in and he had two fall out within a week! He just turned 7 in Dec (lost the teeth in November) so I wouldn’t stress
Obviously the best person to ask is the dentist but all my kids lost their first around 6 or he may just be a late bloomer
The dentist can Xray and see what kinda progress the adult teeth are making… every child is different.
Also depends on when he first got his teeth. I have twin boys and they got teeth at different times and the twin who got them later also lost them later
Depends on the child, my grandson didn’t have any teeth till he was over a year old and then he was late losing them too but didn’t cause any issues.
I would take him to the dentist just to be sure. Ours said they should lose teeth before 7, but mine lost their first teeth right before they turned 5. We have friend ls that lost their first at 6. The dentist can ease your mind!!!
My daughter didn’t get her first tooth until she was 11 months and didn’t loose her first tooth until she 6. She’s 12 now and all her friends have lost all their baby teeth but she still has a few left. My point is, every kid is different. Just double check with the dentist to make sure all is good, but I’m sure it’s fine.
My son turned 7 in August and only has lost one tooth. Dentist said it’s fine
My son turns 7 in April too and literally just lost his first tooth a week ago. They say if they get their teeth late they lost them later too.
My son will be seven in May he hasn’t lost any teeth yet
My daughter is 9 and has lost all her baby teeth, the dentist confirmed it. I thought this was really early.
