Went for my routine pregnancy visit today 34weeks 6days . The doctor said my fundal height is measuring 31 weeks she is not concern and I don’t have an ultrasound until December 5 . I am just a bit concerned wondering if anyone else had this happen and everything was normal ?

It really depends on what your fundal height has been measuring up until now and if its alwats been behind your dates or if you’re suddenly slowing down with gain and growth
Sometimes it just means baby has dropped into birth canal
It’s not overly accurate and why not concerned.
It’s only couple wk difference. My baby atm I’m 37 wk today I have growth scans she’s dropped 1 the centiles when was following they’re watching it but no concern. I’ll get my section date Mon regardless for following wk as breach. But I really wouldn’t worry. Plus baby likely have dropped now abit and always will depend on position abit
Fundal height measurements can be thrown off by babys positioning, so if baby has dropped into birthing position, or is laying more towards your back it could show as being behind. I always measured a few weeks ahead with all my boys, 2 of 3 were 9lbs at a day shy of their due date, the other was under 8lbs but I measured more ahead with him than the others because of how he laid
