we have a open case…our worker keeps saying were doing good and making awsome improvements, were doing the homemakers prohrams she sat us up with…yet i had another caseworker try tio contact me, saying a caseworker has reached out to her for assistance and wanta to schedule a home visit… should we be worried? or do the caseworkers need help too? were doing everything were suppose to and she even said that to us, i mean if it was bad, i would think they would just show up
The fact that the second caseworker contacted you is a good thing. Your primary caseworker may be of the opinion that your case should be closed or have some other status change to reflect your progress and wants or is mandated to have a concurring opinion from another caseworker. Schedule the appointment. You’re absolutely right, if it were negative, they’d just show up.
