I never let my daughters go anywhere unless I was going but this is a question you have to decide on your own
If you have faith that everything will be ok then i dont see why not 4 is young although he will have to go to the kids rides and hope he is tall enough to get on them just something to consider

I took my first Grandchild out of state when he was just a baby he was under 6 months old and at first my daughter was a little iffy about it but I reassured her that if I raised her and her brothers and sisters without any problems why canāt she trust me to love and take care of him the same way and of course she felt differently after that
