Is Outer banks and okay show for a 13 year old to be watching? I wanted real moms thoughts on this iunstead of just googling!! Thank you!!
It depends on your kids maturity level and how sheltered they are . It does have drugs (weed,coke) in it murder and parts that are pretty provocative but no nudity. I let my 12 year old watch but I have explained to her sex drugs and addiction. I will say our kids hear more in middle school and online. It’s a really good story line tho. Hope this helped
I think outer banks is fine for a teen.
My niece watches it and she’s around the same age. I’ve just finished it and I’d say it’s ok for a teen. And I guess it also depends on your child and what they’ve already been watching and what their maturity level is 
I think so. My 12 yr old watched it and loved it. If your worried, you and the kid can watch it together.
It depends on what you’re comfortable with them viewing. There’s definitely language, violence, and drug use. But no nudity that I can remember and only references to sex scenes then cuts to the next thing. I let my 11 yo watch it. She didn’t pick up on the innuendos, knows drugs are bad and the violence is fake, and our family is fluent with the f word. She absolutely loved the show though. Totally dependent on how you parent- and to add there’s nothing wrong with a differing opinion so I hope no one decides to come at me
