Question?? If you order a custom cake from a bakery and the person who makes and decorates all the cake orders they get, do you tip?

Tipping has gotten out of hand. Employees make money for their employers by doing the work. Customers pay for that service. Why do corporations, businesses get to profit from their employees time & labor but don’t have to pay their employees a decent, livable wage. How is it that customers have to pay twice? Tipping needs to stop. Employers need to be held accountable for their employees.
