I had mine 30years plus ago and it was the best thing I did
Had mine done 4 months later and it was a very easy recovery definitely rest though I felt great and was up walking around the same day which made it a little more sore the 2nd day but honestly I didn’t need any pain meds not even ibuprofen or Tylenol. I took nothing it wasn’t that bad.
Don’t do it. My periods are 10x worse. Mood swings are off the charts. Weight is all over the place. Look into Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome Support Group I’d rather have more kids than what I go through now
I had a c-section , my tubes were tied then. Easy recovery.
My cousin gets very heavy periods, she said she regrets it,.she’s 37.
My first period after was insane and I’ve had 2 or 3 over the 18 years I’ve been tied that were like that but other than that I don’t/didn’t have any symptoms after the initial healing was complete… I got cut, tied AND burned.
Extremely painful. And cramping throughout the entire month worse than before as well as the bleeding attends to be heavier and last longer
I had mine tied 3 years ago. Outpatient procedure. Just the anesthesia afterwards & gas, was tired a couple days after, pain was minimal, I think came more from the gas from the procedure. I had mine done on a Friday, went back to work Tuesday
My periods have been absolutely terrible since having my tubes tied
