Was just wondering if any mums had experienced slow labor and what their symptoms were please.
Omg with my first born I was in labor 72hrs. They had me walking to and from the hospital all 3 days. The 3rd day I took a taxi. I had really bad back labor with him. It was awful. He was a big baby 10’ 8"

I started labor contractions on a Wednesday night and didn’t give birth till Monday night
They kept sending me home after monitoring me and I wouldn’t progress.
It was the most painful weekend of my life.
So much pain I couldn’t walk.
The contractions were so awful but every time I went in I wasn’t progressing.

Ya I had about 72 hours of labor with my 1st one as well and she was 14 days late lol if you have an option for a birthing tub, they’re awesome! Lift hips and float them through contractions, lessens the pain
Idk how long i was actually in labor or if i was just experiencing prelabor but i had insane lower back and hip pain and it felt like my hips kept dislocating the whole day and a half before i had my daughter
Water ended up breaking on its own when i went into the hospital, though tbh if I’d known i had another 15 hours of waiting i would have cleaned my house before going in
