Ideas on the 2 year sleep regression?
She is 2.5 and for about the past week has started fighting sleep tooth and nail: naps (she naps about everyother day due to our schedule) & nighttime too.
Nights it hasn’t seemed to matter nap or no nap or if she was really phyiscally active that afternoon.
Nights schedule is about the same: dinner 6/630, bath, some educational TV, we all read books in big brother’s room, snuggles then crib for her with passy (nites only), blanket and lovie.
I’m looking for suggestions of how to get her back into not taking 2 hours to fall asleep!
