My story is too long I will summarize it and hope you be patient with me.
I am a new immigrant in USA, i came here whilst pregnant only to discover my husband has a mistress.
He has been spending time with her whilst being abusive towards me. The other week he hit me soo bad my eye had an infection.
I have no family here im left womdering what options do i have? can i go to court and seek alimony after filling for divorce? I have no job experience & no income yet. He is paying her rent,taking care of her children and all whilst being abusive towards me and my child.
I would like to know what options do i have? i want to start over but dont know where and how.
