I got horrendous cramps & a rust colored first period at 11.

My daughter was moody and grouchy for like weeks before. No cramps, nausea, headaches. Nothing. She just came out of the bathroom and said she started. Still no cramps/symptoms and she just finished her second cycle.

My girls started early and they are very clingy with me at that time but very moody as well

Mood changes and random cramps I had my first around 15 but the cramps was horrible and I’d cry over small things like my sister stealing the last peice of cheese she promised to save for me

I noticed body changes you know hair, chest areas but mood swings where the worst. I am am waiting on one form but my 14 started having the first two changes around 10ish he k maybe even at 9 amd 2 weeks after her 11 birthday she started. My other girl is kinda following g but not growing as quick so I know it will be soon but I do t think sooner than the first

They also might not have any symptoms

If they have other symptoms like excess body hair, excess sweating etc that’s a sign of hormone disorder - symptoms for those are common to start around then too- pcos, thyroid, endometriosis etc
