Thoughts on a no default divorce?

Has anyone gone through a “no default divorce”?What are your thoughts?

I think you mean “no fault”?

I think it’s better to just get things over with than try to prove blame, unless it will make a significant difference in the outcome. For instance, if one party has abused the children, that shouldn’t be overlooked.

We have no fault divorce in Australia.

I am in usa. Tennessee to be exact. I had to try to serve my ex would dodge them, then my lawyer had to run for a month in newspaper. Went back to court with parenting class . i was finally away from him! I am not sure what no fault means.

What exactly is that? Did you mean default or no fault?
