Has anyone gone through a “no default divorce”?What are your thoughts?
I think you mean “no fault”?
I think it’s better to just get things over with than try to prove blame, unless it will make a significant difference in the outcome. For instance, if one party has abused the children, that shouldn’t be overlooked.
We have no fault divorce in Australia.

I am in usa. Tennessee to be exact. I had to try to serve my ex would dodge them, then my lawyer had to run for a month in newspaper. Went back to court with parenting class . i was finally away from him! I am not sure what no fault means.
What exactly is that? Did you mean default or no fault?

We decided it wasn’t working after 6 years of trying, so we just signed the papers and walked away
