We are thinking of upgrading our six and eight-year-olds tablets from the Amazon fires to iPad. My question is is for those of you who have children with iPads how do you disable them from being able to call out from the iPad or text or anything like that?
They do same thing. No point in switching.

My son had a fire and we got him and iPad mini. It doesn’t have service on it and can’t make any calls. It’s set up to my mom’s Apple ID and she has it disabled which you can do. Set it up as a child account and you can use screen time to disable and put restrictions.
