There is a book on Amazon called “The potty book for girls!” It’s pink 
They also have the Potty Book for Boys, it’s blue! 
It really helps the child understand what you are expecting them to do!

Honestly rip the bandaid. Put on underwear and don’t look back. Set a timer for every 20 then increase as needed. Only make her sit for 2 min not til she goes.
I’m a mostly boy mom. But we started potty training as soon as summer hit. We did sticker charts, and going every 15 min to an hour and he finally got it in under a month.
