You’re supposed to eat the core of a pineapple not just the pineapple. Seggie helps, walking, a bumpy car rides… but what got me going each time was going into a low squat a lot, sitting on the work out ball for hours, and stairs! They say Castro oil but that’s a no go for me, it can be dangerous, it didn’t work for me, and it just gave me a stomach so that ones a pass! Good luck!

Spicy food, nipple stimulation, a pedicure, meditation. Good luck!

Walking and having sex a lot

I tried lots of walking, But I ended up having to have a membrane sweep done by my OB. Went into labor the next day.

Sending baby dust and positive vibes Mama.

Dancing!! Bouncing on yoga ball. Starbucks introduced drink!

I tried everything because I was feeling the same, my hips were literally separating and I could hardly walk. The only thing that worked for me was having “segs” it was uncomfortable but after doing that my water broke 4 hours later. Good luck!

My daughter went swimming at 37 weeks and went into labor the next morning! Not sure if that jumped started her labor or if it was just baby’s time to come out to the world! Worth a shot tho

Walk up and down stairs, have sex, eat spicy food, put one leg on a curb and one leg on the ground and walk back and forth, do squats on one of those big ball things… Good luck!

Being over being pregnant isn’t a good reason to try to induce. Babies come when they’re ready and there’s no way around that. Just try to rest and stay nourished.

We tried everything… including being induced three times :joy::face_with_hand_over_mouth:. Fireworks going off and suddenly I’m fully dilated and the baby’s on its way.

Seggie, walking, light LIGHT exercise if you’ve been doing it already. Nipple stimulation. Certain massages can set off labor.
Honestly, let the baby bake. They’re in there until they’re ready.
For early babies, their growth is 3x times better inside the womb than in a NICU.
Start walking, getting your groove on and breathe momma. :blue_heart:

I did the pineapple thing and had labor the next day. Whether that’s because it was also my due date, or because it works, idk. But I can see anything taking more than 5 hours. Hell, I don’t even notice the first 5 hours of labor. I don’t even realize I’m in labor until transition

It’s not working because it doesn’t work. Your baby will come at the right time. Stop trying to rush it. All these tricks are just tricks. Be patient and rest and let things happen naturally.

I went to the chiropractor. They have the space chair. Did my maintenance care at 10:30am on Saturday morning and my water broke at home at 4pm on Sunday evening. My induction was supposed to start 7am Monday morning for gestational hypertension. I still needed pitocin because my contractions were strong but not kick you in the teeth strong.

Baby will come when baby is ready, please don’t rush it! Enjoy your pregnancy

You can do all the things. But unfortunately baby will when there ready. Stay active and hydrated
