Tips for better sleep? Unless I take meds (Melatonin or Unisom are my go-to) I do not sleep anymore… I toss and turn all night- I look at the clock every hour… Magnesium supplements & magnesium cream on feet do not work for me. I also have only one drink in AM containing caffeine and never had an issue with it from what I know. Any tips greatly appreciated!

Reduce blue light before bed (TV, phone, computer, ect). Try “sleep sounds.” I use a dark screen “video” of rain on Amazon prime on my TV.
I’ve been a severe insomniac since I was a kid. I was able to get off prescription meds for it when I started working out and using a vitamin d lamp while I drink coffee and read first thing in the morning (studies say 20 minutes is enough to reset your circadian rhythm but I read for an hr). Having a bedtime routine and reducing blue light in the evening is important too.
Get a sleep study completed. Sleep apnea is so common and so detrimental to your health
