18 weeks pregnant with baby #4… was wondering with all my mommas with multiple pregnancies…. Were you able to push yourself to have a natural birth? With out epidural? I have had them for all 3 but not have constant back pain. I hear different things whether it was the epidural or not. Looking to have this one without anything and natural. What were your techniques? I use to have a high pain tolerance but now not so much.

Natural was far easier for me than epidural… wasn’t as bad as I thought, but I also had easy births with no tearing.
I had two of mine natural but I had an epidural with my third and wish I hadn’t afterwards. Natural recovery was so much easier.
I just gave birth 5 days ago all natural … this was baby number 5 …. Best experience ever… she was born and jumped in the shower !
I’m on baby 6 had 2 failed epidurals all natural on the 5 hoping to on this one too.
I had an epidural with my first 2 babies and it didn’t take with the 2nd. I went slightly numb as baby was coming out. I didn’t get it with my last 2 but asked for other forms of pain management. I had my son (last baby) on just nitrous (laughing gas).
I had all 4 natural , no epidural, you can do it the intense pain only was a short time .you can do it
