We took my stepsons ages 3yrs & 5months…to their mothers funeral…the 3yr old was with her when she passed…he was to lil to understand she was gone…
I think it depends on whose funeral it is. My son went to the funeral of his Godfather when he was 1, but hasn’t been to any others because he hasn’t been close to anyone else. He wasn’t there long but my husband(it was his best friend that passed) and the family of my sons Godfather really want my son there so we allowed him to be.
