What are early pregnancy symptoms?

Hope ya’ll are well.

I just want to know how other mamas felt at 8 weeks and 12 weeks during their second pregnancy?

I’ll only find out for sure on Monday how far iam😊

With my first I felt normal. Tired up until 10 weeks and that was it. Never had sumptoms. With this pregnancy I had sore breasts from the beginning (still at 17 weeks), exhausted…and still that way… peeing a lot… gaggy around weeks 8-12.
