How did you know your littles were lactose intolerant? I can’t get my little to the dr till early June.

Every time I would give my daughters milk they would either throw it up or it would come out their butt as soon as they drank it

Mine didn’t poop but once every 3-4 days. And it was a thick sticky poo. That was green.
My daughter was very gassy. She grew out of the lactose intolerance though by the time she was 6.
Try some lactaid with their dairy to see if it helps. If they are getting a BLOODY stool, then it is more likely an ALLERGY, and far more dangerous. Then STOP ALL DAIRY until testing is done. That is a medical emergency.
