What are signs baby has dropped?

I need help knowing whether my baby has “dropped” or not. Im only 7 months but when i sit down I feel a pressure almost like im constipated a bit. And when i lean forward I get a lot of pressure in my pelvis and bladder area.

I had back labor for two weeks before my water broke with my older son, and it was painful! Sometimes the baby just gets on your bladder like that! To be safe though if I were you, I would see my OB/GYN…
