What are signs of a milk allergy?

I just switched my 12 month old to whole milk and she broke out in a crazy rash… could this be. Milk allergy?

Both of my boys had a dairy allergy. My oldest would get ear infections. My youngest would break out in hives and get red cheeks. My oldest started his allergy at 6 weeks and my youngest at 12 months. We eliminated all dairy from their diet. Definitely, get an appointment with a pediatrician and they may want to have an allergy test done.
