What are the causes of irregular periods?

okay I was curious if any other lady has experienced this or not…

I’m usually pretty regular. Typically my period would last 7 days and this month it was only 3 days and I’m currently trying for my 3rd child with my husband and I was wondering if that be a sign of pregnancy or could it be just a change in my hormones that can change my length of my cycle. Any opinions would be appreciated!!

My period is spot on it comes on the same day each month in November it came a week early and only lasted 2-3 days it was lighter than usual and now I am currently 7 weeks pregnant

Could be implantation bleeding versus an actual period. I’d give it a week or so and take a test
